Artist Pricing & Terms

Terms of Service

• Artist retains right to refuse service at any time.

• Payment:

  All commissions require a 50% deposit before work begins; initial watermarked sketch will be recieved by the time of client's payment of inital deposit invoice. Deposits are non-refundable. Price depends on detail/complexity of Character/background/object. Turnaround 1-3 weeks. Paypal Preferred; Cashapp OK! Final payment is due upon completion. Full payment of Invoice will remove all Watermarks/image protection on final piece.

• Revisions & Refunds:

  No refund of inital 50% reserve deposit after sketch approval! Revisions are available at sketch stage only- one free sketch revision is included. One free color revison (if applicable) is available before final payment. Additional changes/revisions may incur extra fees.

• Delivery:

  Client will recieve an invoice and first payment is due upon reciept. All finished pieces will be 4KHD (High definition .png file) and delivered to client's email/perferred method of delivery upon completion. Final piece will not include watermark and signature is included. Other media (videos, work in progress shots) may or may not be included as bonuses/thank you during work in progress.

• Usage and rights:

  Artist's rights are retained for all works. All works are for personal use only; absolutely no commercial use, unless otherwise negotiated. Works will be posted to Artist's public/private Social Media in all parts of process and may or may not include Speedpaint recordings of said works. Client may post watermarked WIP on their personal social media before final payment, unless initial payment is due. No AI Training or NFTS allowed, unless otherwise negotiated.
